Rarasati Intan Widuri

With a background in structural design, Intan has been dedicated to bamboo structure design since 2013. She collaborates with her lecturer DR.-Ing. Andry Widyowijatnoko to design innovative bamboo sculptures in Bandung and South Tangerang. Her passion for knowledge sharing has led her to mentor students in workshops at institutions such as ITB, Parahyangan Catholic University, Universitas Pembangunan Jakarta, as well as international students from Japan and India.

In 2016, Intan joined IBUKU Bali, where she deepened her expertise in bamboo as a versatile, eco-friendly material, making significant contributions to various key projects including Riverbend Bambu Indah, Alchemy Yoga Sala Ubud, and Echo Main House Green Village.

From 2021 to 2023, she led Bamboo Lab Architect in Lombok, realizing iconic bamboo buildings in Kuta Mandalika's special economic zone. These structures reflect Intan's creativity, vision, and commitment to sustainable design.

Principal Architect: Kamelia Jambari

Kamelia Jambari obtained her Part 1 in architecture from The Institute Of Technology, Kyoto, Japan, and Part 2 in architecture from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She did her internship at Ken Nagao & Associates in Kobe, Japan in 2007 before starting her career as an Assistant Architect at Ahmad Mukif Architect in Kuala Lumpur in 2009. She then worked as a graduate architect with Juteras Design Workshop, a design and build company from 2011 to 2018. Later she pursued her career as a senior architect at IBUKU, a leading design and build bamboo company in Bali, Indonesia from 2018 to 2020.

Kamelia has also been the design and build consultant for ZasVe Universal Design Consultancy in Kuala Lumpur since 2013. Her works involve in various types of buildings including private residential, commercial developments, hospitality, heritage, universal design, and interiors.

Akmal Mamat Studio

Akmal Mamat Studio is a down to earth architecture and interior design practice founded in 2022 by nomad architect, Nur Akmal Mamat in Dungun, Terengganu. Her workbase is always on the move based on the demands and nature of her project, either in Terengganu or Selangor & Kuala Lumpur. She has 13 years of experience in the design & build field such as Juteras Design Workshop in collaboration with Yellil Architect and also Klaas Design & Build. The studio emphasizes creating captivating spaces that blend with the needs and functions of each user.
